“ This cafe operates on what I like to call "Latin American Time," meaning scheduled opening hours are more of a suggestion than a hard and fast rule. Supposed to open at 9? More like 9:15-ish. But hey, who's counting? (Besides me, waiting patiently outside.) Once inside, however, all is forgiven. The place is gorgeous! A truly cozy vibe, great music, and an atmosphere that screams "Instagram me!" If cafes were judged solely on ambiance, this place would get a solid five stars. Unfortunately, cafes also have to, you know, serve food and drinks. And that's where things get a little… complicated. The prices are on the higher side, which is fine if the quality matches. Sadly, my cake was a solid "meh" – a generous 5/10. The cafe latte wasn't much better. Perhaps I ordered the wrong things. The sandwiches looked tempting, but the price tag made me think twice (and then stick with the disappointing cake). The service, however, was impeccable. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely trying to make up for the mediocre food. And for those of us who haven't quite embraced the joys of carrying large amounts of cash, they accept card payments – a definite plus. Verdict: This cafe is a study in contrasts. The atmosphere is top-notch, the service is excellent, and the ability to pay by card is a bonus. But the food (at least what I tried) left much to be desired. If you're looking for a stylish place to hang out, listen to good music, and maybe just stick to bottled water, this is your spot. If you're a serious foodie, you might want to explore other options. Four out of five stylishly mismatched coffee cups (because the atmosphere is that good). ”
